CustomPatchesOnline.com is an American-owned family business from Long Island, New York. Founded in 2007, we started our company when we were looking for custom patches to use on uniforms for a family owned bakery. Unhappy with the uncertainty of receiving a custom made product and companies offering expensive prices and poor customer service, we realized that there was a demand for a reliable, quality provider of custom designed embroidered patches.

At first, we established our market presence serving small local businesses and private organizations. As we grew, we expanded our business to serve nationally in the US, and eventually internationally to Spain, Latin America and the rest of the world.  We are proud to have fulfilled orders for small mom and pop stores, local scout troops, up-and-coming bands and deployed servicemen looking for a unique morale patch; but we’re also honored to have worked with professional sports teams, government agencies and global brand leaders as well.

We also come from military families and are very appreciative of our armed forces and their families who sacrifice everything for our nation and their brothers-in-arms. As such, we offer discounts on military patches in support of those who serve.

We have grown rapidly over the past 7 years, but at heart we are still a family business. We pride ourselves on timely and personalized customer support.
