FAQ
Q: Can you make my design into a patch?
A: Yes! We can make just about any design into a custom patch. However, some designs are so detailed that they need to be made in a certain size to ensure the detail is not lost. Please e-mail us your design and the required size so that we can provide you with our expert recommendations.
Q: What if I don’t have a design?
A: No design, no problem! Simply send us your ideas, sketches or photographs, and our expert designers will help you come up with a design for your patch. We offer this service free of charge with unlimited edits! We’ve helped small businesses, bands, military units, police and fire departments and others design their own unique custom patch.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: We offer a low minimum of 10 patches, but larger sizes over 8″ we can do as low as 5. Keep in mind that we offer significant discounts as the quantity increases. The best price breaks start at 50 patches and above.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping throughout the world!

A: In 99% of cases, if you are outside of the US, you will not have to pay any customs or entry fees when you receive your patches. However, in the rare event that you do receive such fees, simply forward us the bill, and we’ll refund you the difference, no questions asked.
Q: I need my patches rushed, do you offer expedited shipping?

Q: When will I get my patches?
A: You will receive a sample image of your patch within 1 to 3 business days. We offer unlimited edits to the sample until you approve it for production. Once approved, you will receive your patches within 2 to 3 weeks, usually sooner.
Q: What file format should I send my design?
A: High quality JPEG, PNG, or PDF is always preferred, although we can accept most file formats. If you already have an embroidery file, you can send this to us as well.
Q: Can I see what my patch will look like?
A: We provide high quality image scans of your samples when you place your order. We offer unlimited edits prior to starting production.
Q: Can I iron on my patches?
A: We offer iron-on backing for a small fee of $0.10 extra per patch. You can use a regular household or industrial iron on the highest or cotton setting to iron on your patches. Simply warm up your garment with the iron for about 15 seconds, then press the iron on directly onto the patch for about 10 to 15 seconds. Please make sure your garment can withstand the heat of the iron! Not recommended for fabrics that can melt. If the garment will be used extensively, we recommend sewing them on as well for maximum durability.
Q: Can you match my colors exactly?
A: We will do our best to match the colors in your image to the colors in our thread and fabric book. We will provide an image sample of your patch, but please note due to differences in monitors, the colors may vary slightly in person. If you can provide us with the Pantone or PMS codes needed for your patches, we will do our best to match the colors from our threads. If you prefer, You can also mail us an existing patch or logo to our address and we will match the colors in person.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are a New York based business from Bellmore, Long Island!
Q: What is the difference between a merrowed border and a regular / cut border?
A: A merrowed border is a special type of border which has the stitching wrapped around the edges of the patch. We recommend this for most patches that are regular shaped, such as circles, triangles, rectangles, etc. A cut border is either die cut or laser heat cut, but to create the border effect, we add stitching on the front part of the patch by the edges. This type of border is only possible with irregular shaped patches.
